Everything is fine with it - all cables etc present. It may be missing a few screws for the HDD trays (they're just those standard stubby ones you used to use all the time for HDDs).

I am based in Auckland, and not keen to ship. Pick up can be from the University of Auckland's City Campus, where I work.
