I'm after the use of a Pentalobe screwdriver to open a Macbook Air in Christchurch. I've ordered one online but it hasn't arrived yet and I need to sort a friends laptop before they go travelling - i.a. ASAP.
Long shot I know but does anyone have one I could borrow? Thanks

Hey, have you listed a price, location and how much shipping would be to other parts of New Zealand? Also if you are asking for a PM make sure your Privacy settings allow your account to receive PM otherwise people can't contact you. Also note if you are selling something we ask you to offer to other members first. Links to private sales (including Trade Me posts) aren't accepted anymore and will be removed.

I have a iPhone opening kit which includes one of these, however I am unsure if it is the right size.

You are welcome to borrow it if you would like to give it a go, just send me a PM.

Thanks - but unless it is the larger (1.2mm) version - not the same as iPhone - then it won't work for me unfortunately.
Some iPhone kits seem to come with two screwdrivers though, so if you have the larger one I would be very pleased?

Found a kit with the right bit in at Jaycar - no longer needed, thanks.
