Hey, have you listed a price, location and how much shipping would be to other parts of New Zealand? Also if you are asking for a PM make sure your Privacy settings allow your account to receive PM otherwise people can't contact you. Also note if you are selling something we ask you to offer to other members first. Links to private sales (including Trade Me posts) aren't accepted anymore and will be removed.

$580 new now.. so your looking at roughly 70% of that as the market value

Good luck finding a practically new gtx 970 for $400 in fact if anyone has the same card for $400 I will pay now for it ;)

This is still cheaper than walking into pbtech and realistic offers will be looked at.

You posted your price with a question mark, which generally indicates your unsure of it's worth and want input.
You can get that exact same card for $580 as of my post, other brand/models 970's for as low as $530, brand new. The rule of thumb for used PC gear is 70% of retail of it or an equivalent, maybe 80% if it's near new , in pristine condition, all accessories, transferrable warranty, etc.
You might not like those numbers, but that's the reality.

As to what you paid for it, well if you paid $918 only a month ago, you pretty much got ripped off by someone. You can verify the price history of these cards using PriceSpy's history tracking, the launch price for this card at PBTech on 2014-11-03 was $688.85, and it has never been listed for over that price.

Also price spy and the other trackers show the web price, not price 3 which you get if you ask the sales person.

Thanks :) it's like 99% new just bought it to have a card for 2 days while my 295x2 arrived. I see there's interest on the g1 @$530 so put $520 personally not a gigabyte fan myself. Card was bought at pbtech as specified with warranty etc.
