Hi all

I have just recently purchased a new car for me so my previous car has to be sold.

Honda Jazz 2006 Silver 1.3L Auto
NZ New
Darkest legal tints to keep the heat away and privacy intact
Full service history available (I got all the history from the previous owner)
Usual wear and tear on the body - paint has not been faded or chipped anywhere. No noticeable scratches in the paint job - maybe a couple of small nicks here and there - but nothing major or off concern.
Great fuel economy - up to 650KM on a full tank (50L tank capacity).
New battery bought last year
Front 2 tyres were bought last year as well
Transmission flush done late last year
The rego and wof are expiring this month - but will get servicing done + new wof and rego for the buyer at my cost so rest assured.
Has run 128000KM but car has been serviced regularly (once every 6 months since I bought it 2.5 years ago), the car is running strong.

Would make an awesome single person car that needs to be driven around city. Very easy to park. Pretty much the best in its class (small car). Really flexible with the space. The magic seat configuration is the best thing ever! I have used it a few times to transport dressers or ottomans around. Would make an ideal first car for your teenager or for the older relative that need a small and safe car to drive around.

Please get in touch with me if you would like to inspect and come test drive it. I am based in Ellerslie, Auckland, 021308116 or PM me if you are interested.

Looking for a realistic sale so priced to go at $5800.

I will have photos up by this weekend.

Hey, have you listed a price, location and how much shipping would be to other parts of New Zealand? Also if you are asking for a PM make sure your Privacy settings allow your account to receive PM otherwise people can't contact you. Also note if you are selling something we ask you to offer to other members first. Links to private sales (including Trade Me posts) aren't accepted anymore and will be removed.

You don't generally sell a car in six hours in a car yard let alone a geek forum :)

Good luck, it seems a reasonable price to offload it quickly for that type of vehicle. I have found the best way to sell a car is to park it on a main road with good signage. SOld 3 cars this way all within a week. They were also on sale on trademe, but only got tyre kickers from trademe. The benefits of parking on the side of the road, is that many people can see it straightaway and think it is a far easier and quuicker process of buying.

Great - thanks for the advice. I will park it up the road. Dont need it urgently sold. But since I have already bought my other car, this one is just going to sit and collect dust otherwise.
