Note all of my games came off my mates psps I did not break the law getting them

Sorry but this is still illegal, unless you are supplying the originals with the "Copys" of the games this is still classed as illegal.
Or else everyone someone has a copied movie/game/applicaion would be of a "Mate"

Yep, you better change this description. Copies are illegal by nature, not by source.

People can't copy a work - in New Zealand (under the current law) you can't copy a CD for "backup" purporses, even less for format shift. And it's most definetely illegal to copy copyrighted content from someone else.
