Wanted: 2U 3U 4U box(es) in Auckland.

$5 - $10 will come and pick up.
Interior and exterior condition doesn't matter - I will cut, paint and install new faceplate anyway. Some parts froom inside also could be reused in my projects - e.g. heat sinks, fans, fan grills, power supplies or components from in within.
(e.g. sometimes I would dismantle power supply just for a tiny 10kOhm thermistor, MOSFET, shielding or insulating plastic)

Please do not just dump those old servers / ups / power supllies or other rack mount type boxes into scrap.

P.S. that heat sink with red fan which was found in the box of cables, passed from Waitakere accross Auckland to the end of SHW 20 where I discovered it - that has found new life yesterday in the prototype of a new charger circuit and is now hosting couple of completely different components. Thanks guys..

In return - free soldering / battery testing for those geeks donating parts....

Hey, have you listed a price, location and how much shipping would be to other parts of New Zealand? Also if you are asking for a PM make sure your Privacy settings allow your account to receive PM otherwise people can't contact you. Also note if you are selling something we ask you to offer to other members first. Links to private sales (including Trade Me posts) aren't accepted anymore and will be removed.
