Found HP black firm foam packaging material used with new HP laptops, descktops and monitors to be quite good - easy to cut, not messy.
In case your company will be receiving a dozen or more boxes in CBD or Greenlane area in Auckland I will be more than happy to come and collect that black packaging stuff.

Less rubbish to our landfields as it will be used to send my tools overseas :)
