Don't you need an American Credit Card or an American shipping address?

I have used buyusa for purchasing an iphone from the US apple online store. No problems with shipping etc.

The only issue I have with buyusa is that they "pre-clear" items through cutoms so  you will pay GST everytime.  When I have shipped items via usps or similar myslef only about 1 item out of 20 actually get stopped at the border and GST added.
