Hey, have you listed a price, location and how much shipping would be to other parts of New Zealand? Also if you are asking for a PM make sure your Privacy settings allow your account to receive PM otherwise people can't contact you. Also note if you are selling something we ask you to offer to other members first. Links to private sales (including Trade Me posts) aren't accepted anymore and will be removed.

You may also want to put the sort of rent you get for them, and whether they are easy to rent, as that shows whether the figures add up or not as an investment.

Good suggestion thanks.

First house rented at $280 / week, due for an increase, possible for $300+ based on similar rentals in same street/area.
Second house rented at $340 / week, hasn't been increased in 2+ years, market research suggests possible $350+.

Had no issues finding tenants, we always use an agency to find/screen prospective tenants.

Jaxson: Want to swap for a PS3, and a bike?

Unless you mean a bike as in a Britten v1000 (worth a house), then sorry the answer is no, bank cheque only.

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

Lol sadly not.  I'm just amazed at the number of times we get asked this on TM auctions etc.  No, I don't want your stolen PS3 etc
