I have a Sony E series Vaio Laptop in black. I am creating another listing for this as I have changed the spec slightly.
This runs really great and a good Laptop for someone who doesn't want to spend a lot.

CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-560M Processor 2.66 GHz with Turbo Boost up to 3.20 GHz
RAM: 8GB DDR3
Graphics: ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 5650 Graphics
HD: 500GB Sata
Drives: DVD drive
OS: Windows 10 Home activated/genuine
Has a new battery
Two adapters, Sony original and a Universal one.

Positives:

  • Overall good condition
  • New battery
  • Runs very quick and plays games and runs Photoshop

Negatives:

  • The screen has scratches and marks but I find them not noticeable when watching movies / playing games
  • You also have to press the left mouse button a bit harder but you can use the touch pad or a mouse if this is an issue and it can be fixed.
  • The power connector is loose, sometimes works perfect, other times you have to move it slightly, this can be fixed easily if its an issue.

Price: $230
Postage:
I can deliver myself in Christchurch otherwise $15 city, $18 rural.

Hey, have you listed a price, location and how much shipping would be to other parts of New Zealand? Also if you are asking for a PM make sure your Privacy settings allow your account to receive PM otherwise people can't contact you. Also note if you are selling something we ask you to offer to other members first. Links to private sales (including Trade Me posts) aren't accepted anymore and will be removed.

How old is the laptop?. Could be just what my sister is looking for.

I believe it was released in 2011 so 4 or 5 years.

Inside it looks good and clean, no issues with over heating. The issues mentioned with the button and the power socket, they probably just need re-soldering down, common with older Laptops but a mouse can be used or the touch pad and it does still charge.

The battery also has a warranty so happy to pass on the details should there be any issues.

Thanks.

If you are interested please let me know ASAP as I will need to withdraw it from Trade Me and if someone bids I might not be able to.

I've discussed it with my sister, and she will pass on your laptop.
Thanks for offering it on geekzone and answering my questions quickly.
