So. These are pretty much brand spanking new, I purchased them in March but have only used the bookshelves and center while the media room was getting painted. The fronts are unused. Unfortunately because of how close they are to the projector screen the high gloss finish creates quite a light reflection from the projector. They just aren't going to suit the set up, if I could move them wider it'd be fine, but I simply can't.

At present these speakers are on sale and you can purchase them for $7948 all up.

I figure $7k ONO is a fair price. I still have the original boxes and packaging and if you're happy to arrange freight then I can drop off at a depot, otherwise pick up is in Longhurst, Christchurch

These are ridiculously well reviewed speakers and there is not a bad word said about them.

Fronts are the Gold GX200

Center is the Gold GXC350

Bookshelves Gold GX50

Hey, have you listed a price, location and how much shipping would be to other parts of New Zealand? Also if you are asking for a PM make sure your Privacy settings allow your account to receive PM otherwise people can't contact you. Also note if you are selling something we ask you to offer to other members first. Links to private sales (including Trade Me posts) aren't accepted anymore and will be removed.

Dumb question maybe, but why don't you just buy some acoustically transparent black fabric and cover them? That's pretty well what happens to speakers in a real cinema.

Contemplated it but have decided I preferred the sound of my wharfedale jades so going to go back to them.

After lttle interest I decided to hook these up in the newly finished home theater.

You guys missed out on a great deal, they aren't going anywhere now. The sound is absolutely flawless.
