Its broken, wasn't booting so we stripped it of the good parts and left the rest for you! :P

If you can't see it then its gone. PSU is likely the culprit of this failure. The i7 4770 is still in there though.

UPDATE: I have been unable to boot the thing with an external PSU, fan spins up but no POST. 

 

Make an offer, there is no reserve so to speak.
