I enjoy watching stargate, but only saw random episodes from the first 4-6 series.

I would like to buy season 1, if anyone has it at a reasonable price.

If you know me well enough to lend me any seasons to watch, I'd appreciate that too.

Seasons 1-10 ~$600 on TM!! (Not bad for 50 discs I suppose, but I'd rather borrow to watch than buy them all!)

I wish I had them to lend them, but on the off chance you don't find anyone I've discovered that most rental outfits carry all the stargate seasons these days.  You can usually pick them up for $10 per week.  Failing that there's always Movieshack.  I think their baseline membership is about $19.95 per month, which lets you rent one dvd at a time - but you can keep them as long as you like.  I was on the $39.95 membership for a while, which gave me 3 dvd's at a time.  Worked out quite well to be honest!
