Got this from the ISP. But I am using my own router for the internet. So this is here being unused. 

 

Still in box with all the cables. Pick up in Ellerslie or Auckland CBD

Are you sure it is yours to sell and not on loan from your ISP?

You are wrong it's actually free rental not ownership of the device instead of paying $9.95 a month for rental (on an no term contract) you get the modem for free rental on an 12/24 month contract.  So in all actuality the modem is not yours to sell as it still belongs to your ISP and if you choose not to renew your contract they'll be expecting you to return the modem via courier which they should provide a courier bag for doing so otherwise it cost you a couple of hundred dollars or more depending on how much your ISP sells them for.....
