If it weren't for the fact that Windows Phone 8 left me grossly underwhelmed I'd be tempted.  WP OS was very very nice to use but had too many limitations for me. However what is a limitation to me may not be to anyone else. My wife didn't find my limitations a problem when she used WP.

 

The hardware might be fantastic, but for me, I'm not so sure about the OS unfortunately.
