This seems crazy but I'm looking to swap a 5 month old EVGA GTX-1080 Founders edition for a GTX-980 TI model.

We recently did a job that required 14 (yes 14) GTX-1080's and its just wrapped up - unfortunately I want to use one of the computers we purchased for making a Hackintosh - which means I can't currently use a 1080. So heres your chance to jump up a generation of GPU and let me install OS-X.

Card is obviously still under warranty and I'll happily deal with any issues

I'm based on Avondale and for the sake of legitimacy probably done in person. PM me if you're interested.

Is it all 10 series cards that won't work or just the 1080?

@Benoire - No Pascal chips are supported by OS-X yet (or may never be). Hence my hope to swap it for the next best option.

Don't mean to jump in on your thread, but I'm looking to do a Hackintosh soon and it doesn't look like the 10 series are going to be supported in OS X any time soon. Specifically I have an EVGA GTX 1070, and I'm after a 980 Ti if anybody else is keen on a swap!

If you draw a blank, I've got a 980 going spare (was going to sell it, as I already upgraded to a 1070).
