i have the ETX-125PE --- the auto levelling is not working any more though -- but, 2 star alignment is probably quicker anyway.

Neat scope, see the rings of saturn, jupiter is pretty good, nebula clouds are visible.    I'd like to go to something like the lx200 (a few years back now) but had children instead haha.

Yes they are a very nice scope.

I bought my ETX a few years before I retired with the intention of doing some astro photography.

Lost the enthusiasm.

Now my sons and families are overseas.

I really think when asked - you should provide your expected price.

Can't find any used telescopes with accessories of this size on the market to gauge pricing...

Pricing very much depends on the buyers budget.

One PM thinks that shipping from Wairoa to Auckland would be a price killer...

Therefore I think that there was no serious budget in mind.

However to get pricing in perspective... All up new price was NZ$3300 in 2005.
