GZ'ers

Offering an older server to whoever wants it. Would prefer to give it to someone wishing to use it to learn rather than for parts or being on sold.
HP DL360 G5 1RU server
Dual Xeon "something" 4 cores each @ 2.4Ghz
no hard drives but two caddies.
Includes Ilo licence

Memory = 8 * 1 gig memory

Think raid battery needs changing, but not a problem if its to be used for educational purposes.
Available for pickup in the Manukau/Pukekohe area of Auckland. I also go to Albany ever other week or so if you wont mind waiting. sorry dont want to sent it anywhere via courier etc.

add for legs and it can be used as a coffee table.

Cheers

Lee

Have not heard back from Mr cws82us in the last 6 days.

Open to anyone else who would like to have this after. Again would prefer to provide this to someone who is looking to tinker with (older) branded servers.

Cheers

Lee

If you would have 2U or 3U servers - I am keen. But I will use them as boxes, do not need mother boards. Apart from the box, I could use some type of heat sinks, PSU and big cooling fans from inside.

Also interested in any horizontal desktop PCs (e.g. HP - they usually about 100mm height, or Dell) with a flat top cover - same usage - box, PSU, FAN, heat sink. Motherboard is not required.
