I'm looking to upgrade my 1080p screens to one 2560x1440 and two 1080p. My current HD6450 is of the dual DVI and HDMI kind with no displayport.

Does anyone have something suitable they want rid of ? Two DVI and at least one DP ?

I don't play games just text on the screen.

[e] PCI-e please :)

Sorry I dont have one. But I did sell a Gigabyte GTX780 (Windforce)

It had 2x DVI on it, one was DVI-D and DVI-S. It had a display port and a HDMI.

Why cant your current card do what you need? Dual link DVI can do a 1440p panel fine, and you can take the HDMI to a DVI for the other 1080 screen.

I have driven a 4k over displayport and 2 1080's on the DVIs on my gigabyte 970, have to choose the right displayport tho as one conflicts with the second DVI.

I have a Radeon HD4870 with 1 DVI, 1 HDMI and 1 DP.  Was on Trademe for $45.  Interested?

Good point, I'll give that a crack. The U2715H only has HDMI and DP, but I think I have a DVI adapter somewhere for one of those.

Ok, HDMI from the HD6450 to DVI on the P2412H works fine as expected.

But DVI to HDMI on the U2715H wont go above 2048*1152 no matter what I try. There are videos showing how to make a custom resolution in the registry but that didn't work for me either.

I think the easiest thing is to just change the GPU to something with a DP for the U2715H.

I've got a Quadro 2000 if you're interested. 1xDVI-D and 2xDP or a Quadro 600 2xDP

Not sure if they will be suitable as pretty sure both can only drive two monitors in total.

I've got a Radeon 5830 with 1 DVI, 1 HDMI and 1 DP, for $50 if that helps?
