I'm looking to buy an iPad for use by one of my kids. Ideally:

• an iPad Mini 2+, but would also consider an iPad 4 + (ie, anything currently supported by Apple and with a lightning connection).
• 32GB, but 16GB may be ok at the right price.

We're not wanting to spend a large amount, so won't be looking to buy an Air 2 or similar.
