This is a real long shot. I have a set of 2.1 Creative Labs i-Trigue L3800 speakers hooked up to my TV. They are 10 years old, but the sound is excellent and they come with an IR wireless remote control, which is a rare thing in computer speakers these days.

Here's a picture of them:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Creative-51MF0305AA000-I-Trigue-L3800-x/dp/B000BCECV0

On the web page above you can see a picture of the IR receiver and wired control pod. The plug on my wired control pod has developed a very poor connection with the subwoofer, and as the plug is unique to this make and model, I either have to replace the speakers or find a new wired control pod.

As I've had chronic ill health for the last 10 years, money is very tight and I can't afford to replace these. I'm hoping someone out there has an old set discarded in their garage and would be happy to sell them to me for spare parts.

It's a long shot, but maybe someone has a set of these tossed in corner, covered in cobwebs.

If you have, please send me a PM.

Thanks,

Tim

As above, all you're doing is upsetting other members when you start a thread in the wrong sub-forum!

Moved to the correct sub-forum.

People often mistake me for an adult because of my age.

Keep calm, and carry on posting.

Regards posting in wrong sub forum: an honest mistake, there was no intent to "spam". Did not release there was an "Offers and Wanted" sub forum.

Hoping the rest of your day can be more productive :)
