I'm looking for a house to buy in the next few months.

Must haves:

At least 120m2
Off street parking

Will spend more on:

PNBHS zoned
4+ bedrooms
2+ toilets
Garage (bigger the better)

We're looking at properties between 250k - 400k and are familiar with everything on Trademe /realestate.co.nz.
