Hi all, We're getting ready to sell our house soon - it's in Pinehaven, a quiet, safe area at the southern end of Upper Hutt. There's a fantastic primary school where I send two of my kids.

It's a light & roomy 4 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house with a large rumpus room/storage/home gym etc underneath. Set back from the road for privacy & peace. The living areas and bedrooms have been fully renovated with the bathrooms & Kitchen receiving some updates - room to add a bit more value if you like or enjoy as is. Insulated top & bottom with new carpet throughout, a new Heat Pump and a DVS system means the house is warm dry and healthy. Recent alarm system too. Great neighbours & unlike many homes in Pinehaven has a large flat backyard for the kids.

House is approx 150m2, section 970m2 ( from memory, don't take those numbers as gospel)

We're still working out a fair price, but say enquiry over $475k to get started. If you'd be interested in viewing before we sign with an agent, please get in touch soon.

Actually I love Upper Hutt, we're moving up the line to be closer to family and a particular school, but it was a big deal to decide to leave Pinehaven
