Vodafone, Probably work with Telecom about the end of this year.

Where is it made, What market is it released in, and what is the approx price you are looking at?

It's vodafone.
made in Finland.
Got it from UK and unlocked here.

did you sell the iphone?

FYI - The warranty is invalid here due to change of country plus the unlocking, not a biggie.

does it have the original accesories still?
Data cable, Pouch, TV connect cable, original charger (which will have UK plug possibly) 1GB memory card?
Does it have Vodafone logos on the csing Plum colour?

Prices, hard to gauge sight unseen, It also depends on what it comes with still. I have scoured trademe but they don't go for big money anymore as the 8Gig seems to be more popular, I got $600 for my minter 6 months ago.

the warranty is still valid till November 08'. comes with headphones charger and car charger and 512 card. has vodafone logo above D-pad and is Plum.
