Hi all,

Has anyone got a Tivo hard drive surplus to requirements from when they have upgraded or a Tivo they are about to biff?

My parents Tivo has died and they would like to keep using it for as long as possible, hopefully we can extend the life another few years https://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=114&topicid=222696

I am in Auckland and can pick up, I would like to get this resolved today if possible.

I do have my Tivo here but it is a PITA to pull out of its media cabinet.

Cheers

John

Is a Tivo hard drive any different from any computer's hard drive?

I have pulled my Tivo out and cloned the drive,

I am still interested if anyone is biffing a Tivo.

I have a TiVo here that as far as I know is in perfect condition. Not used for a few years tho. I even have the awesome premium remote. You're welcome to it all. Titirangi.

Cheers,
Joseph
