I've just found two of these on my shelves when doing a clear out.  They look to be new and unused.  2009 manufacture date.  No idea when or how I acquired them.

They are a slim waterproof outdoor PoE powered access point that is most commonly used in a pair as a wireless bridge.  Depending on the antenna used you would be easily able to get a 2+km range.

You need your own PoE power source and antenna.
