Apeiron Android TV, comes with a HDMI cable and microUSB for power.

 

No idea about the specs and Android version, but I suspect it's KitKat - can't be bothered to check.

 

Supposedly plays 1080p in MKV container. Last tested a couple of months ago - was in good working order.
