Acer Aspire V 15 Nitro - Black Edition - VN7-593G-772Y
- i7-7700HQ
- GTX1060 6GB GDR5
- 256GB SSD + 1TB HDD
- 15.6" 1080p display
- 16GB DDR4 RAM
- Windows 10 Home

I believe it's same or very similar to this.

Pick up - Browns Bay during the day or Muriwai in the evening.

I'm posting this on behalf of a friend. He bought it 8 months ago from Noel Leeming. He's decided he doesn't need such a powerful laptop, as he only uses it for movies and web browsing. It should still be covered under warranty. He doesn't really know what it's worth. If you know the market well, feel free to let me know via PM what it's worth.

Open to offers.

Rule of thumb for 2nd hand computer gear: 70% of the current replacement cost of that item or something roughly equivalent.

Playtech have that model for $1650 currently, so rough worth $1150

I checked PB Tech to see that model or a similar one (Maybe different chassis) for $2100 still!!

Check price Spy. I PM'd Sam with my valuation and I think there is a discrepancy somewhere with specs or model as there is no way that spec'd laptop was bought for under 2K from a retailer.

With your pricing that you quoted me I think that maybe we got a 1050 or Ti deal here and not a 1060.

Cheers

Based on entering the SNID into Acer's site, this is the exact specification.

Harvey Norman have the same one.

You're right, I was looking at a 1050 TI model. So consider my estimate revised upwards to ~1500 being 70% of $2100

Aligns perfectly with my estimate.

In semi related news, it's really annoying when manufacturers use the same base model number for multiple SKU's and confuse things :-)

Thanks Lias and Coil. Yeah, it's been confusing for me trying to work out exactly what he has got. There are so many variations of the same model.

Looking for $1550 ONO
