Bought from PBtech late last year. Colour is Black. The main camera outer screen protector shattered naturally but the camera lens itself has no damage. I have ordered the screen protector from overseas to be replaced on top of the camera lens and will supply it once it arrives. The phone has Spigen hard shell case since day one so no scratches on front screen or back.

$850

Hi. Located in Hamilton. The phone itself is not shattered. The dual camera housing at back has a built in glass cover that is shattered naturally right in front of the main lens. The main lens itself is fine but shows hazy photos being taken due to broken glass housing in front of lens. The wide angle lens currently is taking clear photos. I have ordered replacement parts which is a 5 minute fix. It seems to be a common issue on reddit hence 3rd party part fix. The link shows a better photo of same case. You can simply just pull the camera lens outer glass protection out with something sharp and put the replacement part. I also have on order the tempered glass protector to go on top of the camera glass cover.

I have called LG and lodged a support call and sent them the email with photos etc but not sure if they will believe that it was impact damage or not. The main gorilla glass screen at front does not suffer from this. LG are not the only one though with this issue. All other manufacturer phones go through this but it's rare. Hence I just bought another 3rd party glass cover. I will not replace it if LG covers it anyway and instead will get them to do it but if they say no then you have the option for self repair. It takes 5 minutes and $10 in parts which are already on the way. I am selling because I am moving to iOS.
