I love this thing but we've moved into a bigger home and so I've taken the plunge into the UniFi world. This has served me well and is a beast. We had it in a 210sq/m home prior centrally located in the top floor and we could even get WiFi at the neighbours! iPerf tests pre/post confirmed the RT2600 was actually faster than the UniFi AC-Lite's I used but I was kind of committed.

Spec's here https://www.synology.com/en-global/products/RT2600ac

My understanding is that mesh for this model is coming later this year. Google that one. If you have a Synology NAS like I do, you'll love this and be very familiar with the interface.

Looking for $290. RRP is $378 @ PB Tech. I have the original box and of course the power supply.
