I have ended up with a spare Makita cordless hammer drill/driver.

Model is  8444D and it's in excellent order (DIY in my house stands for Don't Involve Yourself, so putting up the odd shelf etc is all it has done). Batteries (2) are 18v Ni-Mh 2.6Ah. Has case, charger etc.

$250 plus $20 to courier.
