This is very cool Ultrabook, visually stunning, arguably the best-looking Ultrabook available. Billed as the world’s thinnest laptop, it weighs in at just a teeny bit over 1kg.

Model is HP Spectre 13-v002tu, the Support Page is https://support.hp.com/nz-en/document/c05194482

i7-6500U (2.5 GHz, up to 3.1 GHz, 4 MB cache, 2 cores)

8 GB LPDDR3-1866 SDRAM (onboard)

Intel® HD Graphics 520, WLED FHD

256 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD

Key stats are size - it’s barely 1cm thin - & the gorgeous LED display.

Powered by USB-C &/or HP 45w Charger.

Just look at this thing:

Was $2150 from Mighty Ape & in unmarked, pristine condition still.

Market pricing: Trademe has earlier, lower-spec i5 at $900 & later, higher-spec at $1400, less Trademe’s extortionate fees of course. So I figure $900 is fair, plus courier.

Let me check with my wife - could be what she is after.

A couple of questions:

Is it touch screen?

Does it have normal older usb ports?

Are you negotiable on price at all?

Cheers.

Nope, it's not touchscreen. Straight up, it;s too damn beautiful to touch - the Spectre Bluetooth mouse is included.

Nope, there's no looking back on this device, the profile for USB type-A is too tall for the Spectre platform. So you invest another $30 in one of these things:

& all your legacy hardware is connected.

I'm fixed at $900, even at that price I'm shaking my head because I know it's actually worth more. There's a 2-years older (2015) MacBook Air i7 on Trademe at $1395 - this Spectre pisses all over the Apple in every metric - except for the Apple logo & MacOS (although MacOS isn't an insurmountable barrier).

@kobiak - yes I am currently, working on a project. I didn't however bring the Spectre, that's down home in Walton (doesn't really exist apart from maps. Between Morrinsville & Te Aroha)
