My suggestion is that you redesign the ~$300 WHMCS software you just brought, so that it dosnt look like you just brought it :)

May be the question is, have you physicaly seen where your servers are being located.

I'm afraid the servers are not NZ-located, as it's just too expensive, it states this on the support page.
