Probably a long shot however I am looking for a TV stand/base for my 26” LG TV. The model number of the TV is 26LN4500.

Does the TV have VESA mounts on the back? If so, you should easily find a stand to fit the TV, so no need for it to be an LG one.

Reminds me I've got a stand I bought but it wasn't suitable for our purposes so it's for sale. I'll check the size of TV it's good for, as we'd bought it for a 55".

Yep, my stand is for TVs 32" to 55" so too big for your purposes.
