It is time for me to sell this classic audiophile equipment.

The setup includes the following:

The Stax SRM-T1 driver unit - This is a vacuum tube device that is used to power the earspeakers. The driver unit is connected to your amplifier's record out connections. It can also be connected directly to the headphone socket of a phone/tablet etc.

One set of Stax Lambda Professional earspeakers

One set of Stax Lambda Signature earspeakers

Two extension cables for listening at a distance. One for each earspeaker.

Cables to connect the SRM-T1 to your amplifier

Power cable

2 spare vacuum tubes.

I think the best way to describe these items is for you to visit this link for the SRM-T1

And visit this link for the earspeakers

The price I am looking for is $2000.00 - I will accept reasonable offers.

Shipping is going to expensive and would be at your own risk. I can give you quotes once I know where in NZ you reside.

However I am willing to allow pickups from Waikanae. We could also discuss delivery to the surrounding area.

Stax refer to the headphones as earspeakers. They are "open" and leak a little so are not for listening in a room with others.

Here are some pictures of the gear.

I need to add to the description of the earspeakers that the Dust Proof Mesh in both sets has perished but can be replaced. Also the ear pads on the Signature could do with replacement.
