I have a set of these and would like to pick up another one (or similar in a different brand) for my mum.  On a related note, in the past 12 months I have gone on the ketogenic diet (high fat, low carb) and I only eat two meals per day in the weekend and one meal per day in the week.  Down 30kg and loving it.  More energy, I can sleep and think better and I now fir the t shirt I brought when I was 20.
