Purchased for a IOT project that was never completed. Now I have no use for it, hence the price.

does it come with power adopter and any rough idea of what the power consumption like?

Not sure if it helps but if you can include some specs from the power supply or a photo it might be able to help answer the question by showing the maximum amount the power supply will supply, it might have a watts or if that's not listed it should be power (watts) = volts x amps if I remember p=v*i correctly - but I could very easily be wrong. :)
