Noctua heatsinks ship with a second clip to enable you to add a second fan in a push-pull.

I bought a pre-built PC with this cooler, but the vendor didn't supply the clip to enable a second fan (and they don't have one for me).  This clip only comes with the HSF itself, not with the fan.

Long shot...but does anyone out there have the Noctua NH-9 series HSF and not need the secondary clip they received?

Exactly those, in the 90mm size.  On Ebay you can purchase the 120mm clips for the 12 series, but I've never seen the clips for the 9 series available.

Fairly sure these are 9s... They're about 8.2cm wide

That sounds about right - they fit the holes in the fan which are shorter than the full width of the 92mm fan itself.

I take it you have an extra?  I'll pm you.

Last time I contacted Noctua directly they shipped me some extra brackets (For different mobo socket after I upgraded) free from Austria.  Not sure if they'll do the same for the clips, but they were a pleasure to deal with.

I already contacted them and they sent me the AM4 hold-down, but I didn't think to ask for extra clips at the time.  It took a while to arrive from Austria, but I agree they were certainly easy to deal with - and I'm happy they're continuing to support the product for new platforms.

I must admit Noctua have awesome aftersales support.

I replaced my motherboard with new processor, etc. They sent, totally free, a brand new set of mounting brackets (in a very nice box).
