If they are still unopened, couldn't you just return them back to PBTech? Isnt there something in CGA about being able to return within certain amount of time? from the sounds of it, you may not even have it on you yet, should be easy to return, pbtech should easily honor that.
they might slap you with a small restock fee worse case scenario, but you might be able to get bulk of the funds back. besides, you are basically asking for almost 100% of the money back (or more with shipping), theres hardly an incentive for anyone to buy this. you are basically asking for 1600 for the phone and 200 for the buds where as someone can easily just walk into any number of stores and get both for 1800 (am i wrong? + ive seen other perks also advertised).

CGA doesn't cover this sort of situation. It will all just depend on the store's policy or whether you can negotiate with them
