You might want to read this. You cannot sell your giftcards for $$. They are gifts so if you want to give them away no issue.

i have used my mightyape money on my account before to buy gift cards and have them emailed to other people the giftcards do expire 2020 22/03/2019.

Money on your account and money on a gift card are different things. What OP is suggesting is legit.

Or hes offering to sell the Mighty Ape account for $150 which includes $180?

Exchanging a gift card for cash is against the rules, meaning you can't ask Mighty Ape to give you the value of the card instead of the card. Giving/selling a gift card to someone else is fine.
