My current one is a very basic one that takes forever to charge hence am looking for something better? Any recommendation welcome or if you have one at a GZ price then please let me know :)

I've got a Nitecore D4. It charges C, AA, AAA and 18650 (plus some others). Purchased from ebay. Highly recommended.

Maha C801D / C9000 are also good, but Nitecore have a good reputation and likely to be cheaper. My Maha chargers are 15 years old, used regularly, and still going strong.

Any issue with the plug and voltage?

No it takes a figure 8 plug so you just use whatever plug you need. 110-240V 50/60Hz so works great globally.
