As mentioned, looking to buy Fire TV stick 4k. Looks like I can get only through TradeMe, any other options available or anyone planning to get rid of theirs?

Cheers!

I gone one from Trade Me the other day but just be aware it comes with a US plug.  I just used a different Micro-SD cable with plug that I had spare.

Also be aware that they probably won’t run NZ Amazon Prime vídeo as it’s not a global product. My 1st gen Fire TV won’t play NZ prime as confirmed by Amazon and my own experience.

You can buy from Amazon but just get them to send it to a forwarding service like YouShop.

Thanks guys! I see there is Fire TV stick 4K and then there is Fire TV Pendant 4K. Is there any difference apart from the obvious(shape)?

It's amazing what a 10-second Google search reveals -

https://www.androidcentral.com/amazon-fire-tv-4k-pendant-no-more

I've got a 2nd gen Fire TV and a 4k pendant, and am happy with both - in particular, they run Kodi really well, plus great for BBC etc. I got both via YouShop, but it can be worth waiting for one of Amazon's decent sales as they can come down significantly.

As another post above mentions, it is ironic that they don't work for NZ Amazon Prime, which is about the only thing we need to use an Apple TV for.

Yeah, Jonathan, should have done that :)

Will wait for the Prime day due in July.
