I'm looking for a cheap S/H Video Card such as a 1650/1060 Mini/1070 Mini etc

Isn't that a RX580 out of a 580 Gaming Box external exclosure as they (Gigabyte) never built as far as I can tell a standalone RX580 Mini.

What is the size (Physical) of the card and how much are you looking for?

Yeah correct it is ex gaming box. Once my green team replacement arrives I'll take it out to measure. if you are still looking.
