Looking to buy a set of rails for a Dell R710 to put in my new rack.

Would love a set of sliding ones, but static would work at a pinch.

In Wellington but regularly travel to Manawatu. More than happy to pay postage of course.

Thanks

Try ebay, you'll find them much cheaper than on trademe normally, unless someone here has got them going spare... I bought my last set for much cheaper than here.

Cheers for the mention Dan - it's a bloody small world isn't it, George even asked me earlier today about the rails (George, I was going to send you an email when I got a chance).

I need to go through my rail stash to see what I've got left. If i dont have any B1 rails, I do have some UPS and disk shelf static rails which the Dell will sit on. The last lot of R710 and R715 servers I received didn't come with rails and I just sat them on some EMC rails.

Last time I ordered in the rails I think they were $30 a set for the sliding ones (used).

Hi Todd,

Thanks for that. If I don't hear from you before, I'll give you a shout in the new year and see what we can work out.
