I haven’t used these for more than a year now and previously used for about 6 months. Plenty of life left on all four screw (Edison) bulbs. It comes with a controller (or two).

Comes boxed and can either be shipped or picked up from Wellington.
$60 for all of them. We have a built new house and moved in last year and just found them stored in the box. Also have Wemo plug in switch which I can throw it for another $30.
