I need this for viewing TS/MP4 files on my TV, don't want to buy something new since that's all I need it for and the budget is tight. It'll need USB input available.

I only need this because of Bluprint closing down or else I'd simply continue to stream them when needed.

I'm in Christchurch.

i have an android tv stick for $35 its new but you would need somebody in Auckland to pickup i don't wanna ship it.

Does it have a USB port that I can use for my flash drive to play on it? And and HDMI to plug into the TV?

yes it has otg cable so you can use a usb stick with it
