Hamilton Library has a 3D printing service, have you tried your local library?

The lady told me a key chain would cost about $0.50, which I thought was pretty reasonable.

You could maybe try 3dhubs.com (I haven't used them since they switched from a community of hobbyist printers to a closed list of professional companies). Or possibly makexyz.com
