Android flips are hard to get unless you looking at 2k+ in price.

Aliexpress might be your best bet to look

@gnfb $100 for a Android flip phone! Do you actually want the handset to power-up or do you just want a kids play toy that makes noise when buttons are pressed?

This one runs Android 9.0, although does not have Google Play Store installed,

so no apps beyond those pre-installed;

https://www.trademe.co.nz/mobile-phones/mobile-phones/other/listing-2754344185.htm?rsqid=2cc622f453014f789a609fd0e1c0f212-002

It is also available a bit cheaper directly from the Australian distributor's website.

Also this one likewise runs on Android, again without Play Store;

https://www.jbhifi.com.au/products/opel-mobile-smartflip-4g-phone

You can find Australian reviews online for both if you search.
