$200 ono - Intel S1200BTL Server Motherboard + Xeon E3 1270 + 4 x 8GB 12800E*

$150 ono - Gigabyte GA-X79-UP4 + Xeon E5 2603 (include two unmatched 4GB DIMMS, but consider these freebies)

* memory alone is worth $200 off eBay, note these are ECC UDIMMS
