Bought some parts (filters and brushes) for a Xiaomi vacuum robot but unfortunately got the model wrong so they can go free to a good home.

They should fit the following models

  • Robo Rock   S50 S51 S52 S53 S54 S55  S5 S5MAX S6 S6PURE S6MAXV
  • XIAOWA E2 E3 E4
  • XIAOMI 1  1S

These are the parts (it's the 12 pieces set) https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001371145790.html?spm=a2g0s.12269583.0.0.3040214bzGbEG4

Pick up in Wellington

Heya,

That’s a generous offer, and what timing as I was about to order such a set for our S5. Will PM you in case it’s still available.

Nice find, that's heaps cheaper than paying $15 plus $7 shipping from PBTech for just two filters. Do they look genuine and good quality? If so I'll order a set from Ali myself :)

I've been using Ali sourced parts for a while now, and my only criticism would be the tri brushes seem to wear a bit quicker, but overall would totally recommend this to avoid paying stupid prices.
One thing I've done since day one is get in the habit of clearing the dust container and knocking the filter to remove dust after each run, as it is more effective at cleaning if not left to get too full. It's been obvious the times I've forgotten to clear it after a couple of cleans of the house, and given it generally goes when we're at work it's not like I'm there to fix it in real time...

Thanks Jonathan. So they're not genuine but work ok?

Certainly the ones I bought weren’t, and assume that unless one buys from a legit Mi store from Ali, eBay etc that they’re an aftermarket copy.

I recall thinking that the slightly different design of the main filter seemed better than the original.

For about $20 shipped it's worth a shot.

BTW banggood.com might deliver it faster than AliExpress.

Or pay the heavily marked up prices for the same products on TM! I checked this out as a number of times recently I've found it can be not too much more (and in some cases cheaper) to buy stuff off TM than Ali etc, and when factoring in the long and unpredictable shipping time... But this ain't one of these times...

And I see lots of them are overseas based anyway, and shipping will still take weeks, eg

I saw this thread earlier today, ordered a 12pack from the Aliexpress link and received an 'order is shipped' notification an hour ago.  Thats a record for me with Ali!

Yeah I ordered one for me and one for my Mum, both shipped within a short time. That sellers does get good ratings on Ali.
